Caps & bag hanging assemblies

Bag caps are required conditional to some types of filtration system. We stock a variety of models of bag caps in eyebolt or hook design, or also manufacture these according to your specifications or samples. Depending on the process conditions, we can design the bag caps in different materials:

Filter bag hanging assemblies provide optimum tensioning of filter bags in reverse air installations and prevent sagging of improper tensioning filter bags. The progressive characteristics of conical springs result, on the one hand, in a reduction in filter bag collapsing during cleaning and, on the other hand, a reduction in shock effect on the filter bag when the cleaning is switched off and the filtration system is switched on again in normal filtration mode.
