Filter mats

Synthetic filter mats for air-conditioning and ventilation plants are used for gross or fine dust filtration, depending on the filtration class. They consist of irregular positioned random-fibre fleece and ensure high, uniform separation efficiency.

Available:

• in filtration classes G2 to F5 in accordance with DIN EN 779

• as finished products or cut custom made

Glass fibre filter mats are used for paint mist separators in paint shops and paint spraying booths. Because of the low compressibility in the pressurised condition, the overall depth of the material is optimum for the storage of the paint mist. The compressed clean air side ensures high separation performance.
