Nanocoatings

Nanocoatings are nanostructures applied to the fibre surfaces. A lotus effect is attained through these special structures that make the surface of the needle felt very resistant against oil, moisture, dust and contamination. This permits very easy regeneration of the filtration elements.

The nanocoated filtration media processed by us are based on the latest scientific developments. The coating in no way affects the appearance and air permeability of the textile filtration media. Tests in existing systems have shown that, in comparison to a needle felt with conventional oil and moisture resistance equipment, the differential pressure (Δp) can be kept very low over a longer period of time.
